At Jane Win Jewelry, we want you to love your pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 21 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or custom-engraved designs are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your jewelry in its original Jane Win pouch and box to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
